You can stop your subscription at any time by sending an SMS with text STOP to 19997640.
You will be prompted on your handset for the mozone password.
If the password entered is incorrect, the request to end the subscription will be considered unauthorised and the STOP SMS will not be sent from your phone.
If the password entered is correct, the STOP SMS will be sent and billing for mozone will be stopped. You will receive a confirmation SMS: ‘mozone:(free-msg) You have been unsubscribed from mozone and filtering will be disabled soon."
Note: During your subscription, you will receive an SMS each month to advise you that payment has been taken and that your subscription has been renewed for another month.
